CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE - You will receive an appointment confirmation via SMS, along with reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance. To cancel or reschedule, reply with 'N' to the text or call the store directly for assistance.
$ NO-SHOW FEE - A credit card is required to secure your appointment. You may notice a $30 hold on your card after booking, this is not a charge - just a pending authorization. The fee will only be charged if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment. No fee will be applied if you attend as scheduled.
$89 PARTY FEE - Our party service fee is $89 for groups of 5-6 people and $169 for groups of 7 or more. This fee ensures a party-like experience with complimentary charcuterie board, champagne, mimosa bar, and more. A full deposit of $89 is required to secure your appointment. The full deposit is refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment; otherwise, it is non-refundable.

To ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail, we request a $ nominal booking fee for your initial bridal trial. This fee secures your appointment slot and allows us to prepare a personalized experience tailored to your preferences. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund of your booking fee.
